During his time at KPMG, Joe provided attest services to a diverse range of clients, including prominent names such as Credit Suisse, BearingPoint, Cornell University, Dover Corporation, Citigroup, and Philip Morris.
Seeking new challenges, Joseph transitioned from public accounting to join The Pyramid Companies as the Financial Officer for Destiny USA. Following his successful tenure at Pyramid, Joseph continued his career at Robert Half International, where he excelled as a Division Director based in Syracuse, NY. Remarkably, within just 18 months at Robert Half International, Joseph climbed the scorecard to rank #4 in placements out of over 900 recruiters across North America.

JESSE SKELLETT
Jesse Skellett, Partner, is a dynamic leader with a passion for connecting talented professionals with exceptional career opportunities. In 2011, Jesse embarked on an exciting journey with JAS Recruitment, joining as a Recruitment and Account Manager. Recognizing his remarkable skills and dedication, Jesse quickly rose through the ranks, earning the well-deserved promotion to Director of Recruiting and Sales in 2015 before being named Partner in 2024.
As Partner, Jesse spearheads the agency's strategic growth initiatives. In addition to overseeing recruitment efforts and managing key accounts, Jesse plays a pivotal role in mentoring, monitoring, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality delivered by the agency's recruiters and account managers. Jesse's unwavering commitment to excellence has positioned him as a trusted advisor, providing invaluable guidance and support to the entire team on a day-to-day basis.

Hannah Quanbeck, Director, embarked on her journey with JAS Recruitment in 2016. Since then, she has showcased exceptional skills and determination, resulting in multiple well-deserved promotions. She quickly proved herself and expanded her role to encompass account management, marketing, and training management. With a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape and a keen eye for talent, Hannah consistently identifies top performers to join the agency's roster.
In 2023, Hannah achieved another milestone when she was promoted to the position of Director. Recognizing her outstanding capabilities, she also took on the crucial responsibility of Human Resource Manager at JAS. Setting a trailblazing example, Hannah became the first member of the JAS team to relocate to a different state while continuing to excel in her role.
